Seops is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides site audits, keyword research, content generation, and visibility analysis. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Seops offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, credits are automatically credited to your account. You may upgrade your plan at any time, but plan downgrades are not permitted. 4. Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are automatically credited to your account upon successful payment and are available for immediate use across all AI-powered features (audits, content generation, keyword research, etc.). Credits reset on your billing date each month and do not carry over. Unused credits are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service - including but not limited to automated scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or using the Service to generate spam or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and interfaces of Seops are the intellectual property of Seops. Content you generate using the Service (audit reports, blog posts, keyword data) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.

7. Data & Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

Seops is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about SEO outcomes, search engine rankings, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Cancellation & No Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period. All payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused credits or mid-cycle cancellations. 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
