Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Seops are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to unused credits, dissatisfaction with results, or cancellation of your subscription mid-cycle. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Automatic Credit Allocation
Upon successful payment, credits are automatically credited to your account immediately. These credits are available for use right away across all AI-powered features on the platform. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or monetary compensation under any circumstances.
3. Plan Upgrades
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time through the billing portal. When you upgrade, your new plan takes effect immediately and additional credits are credited to your account accordingly. Plan upgrades are one-way — once you upgrade, you cannot downgrade to a lower-tier plan. Please choose your plan carefully before subscribing.
4. No Downgrades
Downgrading to a lower subscription plan is not permitted. If you no longer wish to continue your current plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
